Under these conditions, STRATEGIC CORPORATE TRAININGS LTD, SCT, shall be known as the AGENT, whereas the student shall be referred to as the APPLICANT.
1.The applicant has elected for the Agent to assist him/her in securing admission in any of the universities represented by the agent and/or her partners. The Agent shall also guide and assist the applicant during the visa processing to the country of his/her choice by proffering professional advise and guidance on information relating to immigration rule of specific countries.
2.The applicant agrees that the agent shall render above service for a fee or consideration to be made known to the applicant at the first point of contact with the Agent.
3.The applicant agrees that the universities have the final decision over every application submitted to it by the agent, hence, the agent shall not be liable for any application rejected or cancelled at any point during the admission process. Similarly, the decision to issue or deny the applicant an entry visa or study permit into any country of his/her choice lies with the consular of the respective embassy and the agent shall not be liable for this decision.
4.However, where an Applicant is denied admission by any university, the fees paid are refundable less the administrative service fee of N50,000.
6.The applicant agrees that the Agent could use any of the information or pictures provided on this form for promotional purpose.
7.I agree that the information provided here are true to the best of my knowledge and that failure to provide correct information or required document could lead to disqualification of my application and the Agent shall not be liable for this.
